COCONUT RASPBERRY CAKE KIT
The raspberry laden cake is only subtly sweet and has the most moreish texture. The coconut glaze, which the cake gets topped with, is the perfect accompaniment and the sachet of freeze-dried raspberry crumble allows you to add a true Caker touch. This kit is vegan-friendly (if you use dairy-free milk and oil instead of butter) and is made with spelt flour. All you need to add is milk, butter and raspberries (fresh or frozen).
FLOURLESS DARK CHOCOLATE PECAN CAKE KIT
This kit makes the MOST decadent chocolate cake. Ever. The quality of the chocolate is the key, so inside the box you'll find the exact same chocolate we still use to bake this cake in our bakery every day. The pecans lightly toast while the cake bakes and add an incredible crunch. This is the only cake kit in the line which is certified gluten-free, but is also the only one that requires eggs and butter (although you can use your favourite kind of dairy-free butter if you prefer).
